Message from the label:

"Cave Dweller Music returns with Mind Over Metal 4, our fourth annual charity sampler for Mental Health Month. Implementing bleeding-edge stone technology, we sent word out to some of the most brutal, technical, and psychedelic metal bands we could find - coming together to raise money for what we feel is an extremely important cause. We hope to raise as much money as we can for the National Alliance on Mental Illness and Mental Health Europe and pledge to donate all proceeds from the 3rd of May until the 7th of June to both of these organizations.

"We received a huge response from bands that sent word from far and wide to be involved, with 62 tracks across two volumes. Mind Over Metal 4 features a curated collection of submissions and selected tracks from metal bands of all genres, from death, to prog, industrial, and more. All of these artists stand for the cause of raising awareness about mental illness in the world, and have kindly provided tracks from recent albums, standalone singles, unreleased tracks and more. We are immensely grateful for the response from artists to Mind Over Metal 4 and excited to join with them to raise funds and awareness for a cause we hold dear at Cave Dweller.

"Mental Health Europe is the main independent European non-governmental network organization committed to the protection of the rights of persons with psychosocial disabilities, promotion of positive mental health, prevention of mental distress, and the improvement of mental healthcare and social inclusion. NAMI is the largest grassroots mental health organization in the United States, dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness, with more than 600 local affiliates working in communities across the nation.

"This year we have artwork created and conceived by Australian artist Max S for Cave Dweller Music. Max S illustrated the album art with ink and paint on physical media. This art was conceived by Max as a representation of the human mind, sometimes being our own worst enemy, and the power of metal, through its energy and power, to help blast away our troubles, giving us the power and courage to carry on and thrive.

"You can pick up each volume for $10 or get both volumes and all of our previous albums and samplers for $15 by purchasing our digital discography. That's hundreds of songs for $15 and all for an amazing cause. Please consider sharing this to your friends, family, and various communities online and elsewhere".
