Hydra Vein - To Enter The Studio In February
British thrash metallers Hydra Vein announced on their Facebook page that they will enter the studio in February, 2025 to begin recording the follow-up to 2022's Unlamented, which will mark the debut of their new singer Ross Curry. The record is expected to drop in the summer of 2025.
The band wrote: "We've been somewhat quiet for the last year (I know, I know) but we're not quite done, yet. February will see us go back into the recording studio, with the results expected early summer, 2025. The sessions will serve to introduce new singer Ross Curry to you all. James Manley-Bird bows out with our heartfelt thanks after what's been near-as-dammit five years, helping kick our arses into gear for the initial reunion. More information on the release will follow in due course, plus, we hope, confirmation on a couple of live appearances next summer. In the meantime, keep well, all of you."
