Cradle Of Filth - Working On New Album
Notorious British extreme metallers Cradle Of Filth have posted the following short update:
"The world tour for the "Thornography" album, which last saw COF in Russia, Ukraine, U.K., Romania, Slovakia and the USA with Gwar is now complete. The band has now returned home to start writing for a new record over the dark months in the rehearsal room. The new album, which is not yet titled, will be released some time in 2008 via RoadRunner Records. Keep your eyes peeled for updates on our website."

Interesting. I mean, I love melodic stuff, and I don't think CoF is bad, like many seems to think. Just don't understand why everyone starts to think bands are bad when they get commercial success, it's the same with In Flames. Well. I don't actually care (even if I easily get angry with people that don't have any good arguments to why they think that way) about what others think. It's great that the music gets the attention it's worth from outside the metal world!

Written by velvet on 10.12.2007 at 00:59 the reason everyone thinks these bands are bad is not because they are popular or successful or are being progressive no...its because as they become popular their music becomes drops a few nuts and results in a boring and degenerate album, pumping out mindless dribble with a pretty cover with full knowledge that they have that 14year old kid's 30buks in the pocket
