Santiago will also take care of the mixing. The mastering will be made in Germany by a famous international producer - the band will reveal his name on the next weeks.
"We're all crazy about the new album! The final result is very good! We heard some songs, still without mixing, and even so it's awesome! Now it's time to finish the mixing, start the mastering in Europe and come back to the road. I'm sure that everybody will get surprised with our new album", said drummer Marco Paulo.
For those who want to know how were the sessions at Orbis Studios, U-GANGA launched a blog with statements, photos and vídeos of the recordings. Among them, videos with Marco Paulo and Ras Phael, featuring, respectively, the recordings of drums and bass, including some backstage footage. Check out the blog at this location.
With "Volume 3: Caos, Carma, Conceito", U-Ganga keeps exploring it's musical identity that is based upon the mixture of elements from hard core, heavy metal, dub, reggae and rap. The lyrics brings philosophical reflections and spiritual self-realization. The album will also bring very special guests such as Fábio Jhasko (ex-Sarcófago), Juarez Tibanha (ex-Cirrhosis), the Brazilian famous rapper X (ex-Câmbio Negro), Panda Reis (Oligarquia), Raphael Sapão (Attero/Krow), Edson "Zacca" (Seu Juvenal), Lumina's guitar-hero Johny Murata playing indian Sitar, the rap group 3DFato and Leospa, U-Ganga's ex-member.
"Volume 3: Caos, Carma, Conceito" will be the successor of the high acclaimed "Na Trilha do Homem de Bem" (2006) and will be released still in the first semester of 2009.
