What are the most insane vocals you've ever heard? I'm talking about complete chaos and madness vocalized. Any genre (but probably extreme). For me, I would have to say Bethlehem's "Schuld Unseres Knöchrigen Faltpferds". When the vocals hit you 16 seconds in it's impossible not to want to firebomb an orphanage.

when I read " Most insane vocals you've ever heard?" I instantly thought of Bethlehem and then I saw that was your choice too. It really is the most horrific and disturbing sound I know of from everything I've listened

It ain't metal, but I do think it has some connection with it... so, I think anything by Stalaggh could be considered the most insane vocals ever coz "vocalists" ARE insane hahaha, get it?

Good call. Mike Patton is unquestionably one of the most talented and versatile vocalists I've ever heard. Barring opera, there isn't a style he can't sing. Rock, jazz, lounge, death metal, whatever.

+1 on that, Björk is so amazing and unique in her vocals.

Also my choice would be Nina Hagen, she's one freaky lady with one hell of a twisted, diabolical and awesome vocals, like for example in Cosma Shiva.

Well I'd say that out of female category the vocals of Julie Christmas (Battle Of Mice, Made Out Of Babies) are pretty insane and very fascinating to me...

This may sound cliche, but Silencer has the most insane vocals I've heard. IMO, they suck ass and ruin rest of the music, but they're quite maniacal.
