From that list I'm going with Mikael Åkerfeldt. I know many people think Opeth is overrated, but I always thought he had one of the best growls in metal, and his clean is decent as well.
I also think Stu Block does a really good job of both.

Before I would have said Mikael Åkerfeldt (I still love his vocals to death), however at this moment I am in love with Tomi Joutsen's vocals. It may change over time back to Mikael Åkerfeldt, but as of now, I'd say Tomi.

From that list, I'd go for Mikael. However, the first person I thought of is Rowan from Virgin Black, his operatic vocals are majestic and he growled like a demon on Fortissimo.
I'm sure there is another but I can't recall him right now. Also, the guy from that new band Dissona did a great job on both (and with fry vocals also).

If you put Mikael Stanne, I'd have problems choosing... this way, I put in Tomi Joutsen, although both Mikael of Opeth and Jari of Wintersun have a lot to love when it comes to vocals. But I think the way Tomi often flawlessly alternates between cleans and growls makes him the best in this "discipline", the others don't sing clean all too often.
I'll second the suggestions of that dude from Dissona (insanely talented) and, of course, Stucifer. He's a beast on all types of vocs.

Warlock from Turisas.
Great clean vocals, and good harsh vocals too.
Half the reason I listen to the band

Mikko Kotamäki from this list. I love his subtle cleans and crushing harshes. But my all time favorite clean/harsh singer would have to be Mikael stanne of Dark Tranquillity, especially for his outstanding work on the Projector album.

Haughm. He's a master of both styles. Neige and The Watcher come in the second place (From the list only).

Akerfeldt, no doubt about it. Mikko is also up there with him. Mikko definitely reminded me of Akerfeldt on Barren Earth's new album.

I was about to say the same when I saw him post it, but I'd decided against being a smart ass this time around

Had to go with John from Agalloch. His crooning whispers as well as his shrieks, like the ones on Black Lake Nidstång, send chills down my spine.

From this list, I would have to go with Tomi Joutsen, both his clean singing and growling are elegant and enchanting.

Although he's not on the list, I'd probably say Burton C. Bell of Fear Factory.
