Leprous - To Release New Studio Album In 2017
In a short and concise message, Norwegian band Leprous have announced that they will be releasing a new studio album in 2017. The progressive band has been releasing new albums every two years and the follow-up to acclaimed The Congregation is coming. It seems like they have been secretly working on new music. Good news!

So.. this year, we're getting a new Ayreon album, a new Lunatic Soul album, a new Soen album, a new Wintersun album, a new Pain of Salvation album, (hopefully) a new Riverside album.... and now we're getting a new Lerpous album. 2017 is definitely the year of Prog metal! I'm stoked!

The congregation is still sounding regularly in my player. Really interested in listening their next step, so far they improved almost everything with every new release.

Been waiting for them to announce this  I had a chat with Einar and Simen about it when they were here couple of weeks ago, they are already recording it if I recall correctly what they said. Simen said it will be groovier than the last album...Written by BloodTears on 02.03.2017 at 13:07 Also you might want to add In Vain to that roster...  They are finally recording their 4th.
