The Italian Elves Elvenking have recently announced their new album. After working hard on the follow-up to The Pagan Manifesto (2014), the folk group is gearing up to release Secrets Of The Magick Grimoire on November 10th via AFM Records. The band promises their "most epic release ever". But for now, you can feast your eyes on the album cover art and tracklist.

If you want to get your hands on it, pre-orders are already available here.

Also, recently Lancs has joined their ranks as the new drummer. Those who have seen the band live in their European tour and Summer festivals already experienced the drumming of Lancs. He has also recorded Elvenking's new album, back in May 2017, with only a few weeks of notice in advance.

Pagan Manifesto was the first material I've heard from these guys and it was fantastic. Been wanting to check more of their stuff out, but haven't had the chance. Will definitely be picking this up when released.

I'm so glad The Pagan Manifesto was the album that introduced me to these guys, because if I had heard any of their other albums first, odds are I wouldn't have gotten into them.

They have such a weird and inconsistent discography. I don't even know what album to recommend to people because of that. Pagan Manifesto is far and away their most mature and complete record they've ever done. Heathenreel is the only other album that has such strong songwriting, but its production is abysmal.

Well thanks for the heads up WorpeX, I won't get my hopes up too high when looking into their other stuff since The Pagan Manifesto is their best work.

The cover artwork looks great on this new album. Judging by that the music will hopefully follow suit.

I liked Pagan Manifesto a lot, but I would have say Heathenreel is their best work imo...

I enjoy Two Tragedy poets. The Scythe and Era have some good moments. The rest I just can't get into, particularly Wyrd (which has the same rating from users as TPM, which is an absolute travesty).

I honestly think the gang vocals on TPM and the better production are what helped make it so great. Maybe I'd enjoy the older albums if the production and vocals were better executed.
