Sepultura - No New Album Until 2020
Sepultura's guitarist Andreas Kisser recently told Metalshop TV that the band has been working on new material for the follow-up to last year's Machine Messiah, but it is not expected to be released until 2020.
Kisser explains: "We're always working. I have a few demos with a drum machine and a few ideas ? very raw still. I know Eloy [Casagrande, drums] has some stuff on drums, Derrick [Green, vocals] already wrote some ideas, and we're gonna start gathering and putting together the ideas pretty soon. But we have something where to start from ? we have a few ideas to develop for the future."
He also commented on the fact that Sepultura fans are going to have to wait until 2020 for the release of a new album: "We're still gonna take our time and really work hard to do a better album than Machine Messiah. That's our challenge."
