Ah yes, I love these types of things! I'd make some myself, but I have neither the talent nor the time to make any. I use most of the time and talent I have to write articles on Uncyclopedia. Anyway, my favorite videos are made by Paranoidave of Youtube. He makes mostly videos of bands that suck (Trivium, Slipknot, Trivium, Avenged Sevenfold, Trivium), but he does playfully tease the bands he loves, my favorite interpretation being of Kalmah.

I find it nice as a way to relieve myself, you can't beat this kind of metal comedy

Mmh I think most Misheard Lyrics things you can find on YouTube are bad and not funny, but there's a few gems.
The Wishmaster one posted above by Aylee_Bodom is great (Steven Seagull )
There's also the Slayer - Angel Of Death one that's pretty funny
And one of Sonata Arctica (can't remember the song). It's a song played live, with the singer completely out of tune, and his English is so bad that most of the misheard lyrics go "????????????????? ?? ??"

i have seen several Nightwish and other mishears but this one stands over all of them...its author made a perfect job there

yah, many "misheard" lyrics are awful because the words or sentences people make up don't correspond with what the singer is pronouncing, so it's not funny anymore, but this one guy making this video managed to match made up (and funny) sentences with Tarja's pronunciation. Really great job as you said ^^

I discovered the interpretations, when i was searching kalmah videos, the first i saw was Man of the King, i almost pee on my pants, since then i seen lots of interpretation, some really good and some really bad.

I am planning to make another one, this time with In Vengeance Of Our Wrath by Graveworm. By the way, Master_o_Puppets, I laughed out quite loud with the "Tell Mary Poppins I'm in France" part of your Trivium interpretation.

My favourite Misheard videos are made by SechMolinari, especially his "Her Ghost in the Fog" (Cradle Of Filth) version: "Sit there strong and wait for death / Time to curl up indie Beth / We're slow and fast and you are not / I want to taste the buttered bull..."

That video was ace. I personally use ArcSoft VideoImpression 2 to make my Misheard videos (see 2 posts above), but I bet you can make yours with Windows Movie Maker as well.

Nah, i tried Windows Movie Maker and you can upload mp3's but you can't really stick in pictures and make them come up at a certain time. I'll try that Arcsoft thing...

forgive me if this were there already...but this Holy Thunderforce really rocks though the "misheard lyrics" arent so great all the time, at least the interlude with catapult is simply genius
