Fear Factory - Premiere New Song

Industrial-tinged extreme metal pioneers, Fear Factory will release their tenth studio album, Aggression Continuum, on June 18th via Nuclear Blast Records, just in time for the band's 30th anniversary. The visualizer video for the second single, "Fuel Injected Suicide Machine", can now be streamed below.

Dino Cazares comments: "I can't wait for everyone to hear this high octane ripping song, it's based on a character called the Nightrider from one of my all-time favorite movies 'Mad Max'. Born with a steering wheel in his hand and lead in his foot, he is the Nightrider, the Fuel Injected Suicide Machine. Remember him when you look at the night sky."

Strong song and it always feels so good listening to Burton's voice while we all know this is going to be his last appearance in any FF album. Here I can feel vibes from various former albums and it makes me hope that this last album will rock as I expect it to.

Much better than the first one, makes it plausible for the album to be a worthy final part of their discography

Haha, that's like saying "compose your own Metal album and upload it here, instead of writing a review of an album".

Glad to see I'm not the only one who thought it's better than the first one, which in itself was good.

Honestly liked the first track more but this isn't bad, can't wait to hear the full album. The melody part in this one sounds a bit too happy go lucky for me. I like it more when there's a bit of atmosphere too them, if people know what I'm talking about.

So I'm in the minority here that preferred Disruptor. It felt fresher, maybe because it didn't quite sound like Fear Factory. This one though, is more typical FF.

Hey, if people like Disruptor more than FISM, that's cool. Both are pretty enjoyable in their own ways. It's just a matter of preference.

Though I'm sure we can at least all agree that the original cover artwork suggested by BCB (titled "Monolith") looked better than the one we're actually getting. It took me a while to spot the FF logo in there. Duh, hiding in plain sight.

I really don't like the Aggression Continuum artwork. They might as well have called it "Do Mecha Bunnies Dream of Electric Carrots?"

Fear Factory usually have a single word name as both album name and name of one song
while i can get that he doesn"t want Monolith, there are other options on this album: Recode, Disruptor, Purity
all of them would be superior to the now chosen name
and of course, most fittingly there would also be the option Collapse
