Someone is really gonna have to explain why this was rated in the 5s? I'm assuming it's the vocals, which I could see being an acquired taste, but I loved them. Very unique stuff.

There's lot's of quality riffs, and plenty of groove here, and I'm really digging the meaty old-school tone, but unfortunately I'm finding the vocals hard to get into, I'm just so used to hearing the deeper menacing gnarly death growls with this particular music style so I'm struggling to look passed them. Credit for trying a new approach though, and maybe I'll eventually warm to them in time.
