Best of 84 for me:
Ride the Lightning, Powerslave, Defenders of the Faith, Metal Church, Last in Line, Don't Break the Oath
Those first three plus Psalm 9 are elite level all time favs to me, in most other years they'd be easy number ones. Feels like disrespecting them by putting them below that.
Admittedly I still need to check out Metal Church and Last in Line, if I do I might have to pick a bigger number than 6 - there's also Bathory, Grim Reaper, Saint Vitus, Manowar and a shit-ton others to consider. 84 was an amazing year.
