Here you can share with your fellow metalstormers your sorrow, your frustration of missing those concerts. Do not forget to tell us why you missed them.
As for me, the last concert I missed was Dream Theater playing at our capital. Why did I miss these Progressive Metal deities? I had no way of getting into San Juan that night so I had to miss it.

I havn't missed it yet but megadeth is comin to town again on the 31st and i'll probably end up not going cause puddle of mud and 311 (who ever the fuck they are) are the openers, I love megadeth but Puddle of Mud  give me a break

Ive always been able to see all the bands i wanted to live, but since moving from Sydney into the country, i have found it hard, especially with all the bands grouping together in touring around this time of the year. Blind Guardian, Dream Theater, Nightwish, Ozzy Osbourne, Amon Amarth, Helloween and Marduk i have had to miss for this reason. The thing thats annoying is, why they all came now... i mean it used to be 1 or 2 good bands a year coming to Australia, but this year its already been like 6 or 7 and im not in the position to see them. Looks like Iron Maiden will be the only one i will see. Sucks.... ARSE....

haha ... i will miss: 23/02 - Heaven Shall Burn 24/02 - Earth 13/03 - The Dillinger Escape Plan 19/03 - The Scarabeus Dream and Jakuzi's Attempt 08/04 - Weedeater i've got multiple fractures on my legs and i'll miss these concerts because of stayin in hospital / going to rehab ... fuck it

i'm gonna miss seeing cult of luna on 29th of june for 3 reasons. firstly its on a sunday and trains dont run at 11 when the gig finishes so i cant get home. secondly its my mums birthday so she is going on a weekend away so she and my stepdad cant drive me there or back. thirdly i have no one to go with because no i know likes them, and my mum says i cant go alone in cause im mugged in birmingham...damn mother...

I've missed a lot of concerts in the last years, too many to count. Living 300Kms far from where almost everything happens in this country doesn't help, and it even helps less if gigs are scheduled to the middle of the week. That makes it impossible, I can't just skip work, plus transportations aren't that cheap. I'm gonna be missing Metallica this thursday, and Iron Maiden next month.

I missed this small show called Blackmoon Festival (Promonex showed me). I was going to go, but my wife just decided she didn't want to! It's okay, next Tuesday is Unmerciful and Cryptopsy so we'll make it there..

I haven't been to a concert in years. Which really sucks because they're going on all the time here in Phoenix... Between work and my life I just can't find the time anymore. Plus I've got to save money for so much right now; a new car, a computer, a move, a wedding...I hate money...

Queensrÿche and Megadeth, the first one was 'caus when I get the money the production changed the place so it was smaller and also the ticket were more expensive, so then I decide to go to Megadeth, but I couldn't get a ticket Now I'm going to see Avantasia ... tomorrow I'll buy mi ticket

High On Fire on June 11th in my hometown. I had the ticket, had put it on the table the evening of June 10th, went to work on the 11th a friend called to go out eating and boozing in twon that night so I said okay. And then after midnight when we went to another pub and bumped into the band I realized I had forgot all about the gig. Damn, stupid, idiotic me. Had that friend not called I would have gone home after work and would have found the ticket. Why didn't I put it in my wallet the night I put it on the table.... aaarrrrrggghhhhh Old age catching up with me? Currently missing Hellfest due to a very very very very lucrative freelance translation assignment.
