The first concert I ever attended was Iced Earth last night. That, my friends, was epic as heck.

I saw Slayer, Megadeth and Testament on the American Carnage Tour a few weeks ago for my 14th birthday. Pretty awesome first concert if i dont say so myself!
Testament wasn't that great. They sounded pretty muddy and sloppy. Slayer and Megadeth were killer though. They both played great and put on a good show. My favorite song that any of the bands played was Megadeth's Dawn Patrol.

My first band ever seen in concert was KISS during the "Dynasty" tour. Yeah it was a long time ago, but a blast and a good way to start the Metal journey.

It was in 1979 I gotta into metal through I Was Made For Loving You the single and the Dynasty album. But it was only last Hellfest (so june 2010) that I saw kiss live for the very first time

Saw that tour as well but over in Leiden, The Netherlands and it was absolutely BRILLIANT. Already loved Queensrÿche but that day they really consolidated what they were around that time. And I absolutely loved Lady Justice exploding during the Metallica set.

I saw it in El Paso, Texas (of all places!). Queensryche didn't get much respect, which I thought was too bad at the time. Everybody just sat in their seats. I still enjoyed their set. I thought they were an excellent band, especially then. Metallica was excellent. They played almost an hour longer than they were supposed to. By the time it was over, everyone WANTED to go home! A couple of my friends dropped acid and don't remember anything. They both regret it now. Lady Justice exploding was excellent. I remember at one point James Hetfield gave a kid in the crowd his beer and asked him for ID. Everyone laughed at that one...and "Creeping Death" was excellent. The crowd chanted "DIE!" for several minutes before James started singing again. I have to say it is still one of the best concerts I ever attended.

Fear Factory in 2006, with the friends I got into metal with and my dad watching for us We had to keep distance from the moshpit and we were only crazily headbanging with my dad just next to us.
Good times.
