Most metal-looking instruments, or just instruments with cool designs. I'd say Kerry King's Warlock is one of the most metal guitars I've ever seen. In terms of vocals King Diamond's microphone stand is very unique.

I think my BC Rich NJ beast bass is very metal looking I'd say. Also my red BC Rich NJ mockingbird guitar screams metal.
