^I agree, they're certainly capable of better. Most of the album is ok, it has a certain dark, mysterious energy to it, but there are some parts that just get frustrating and tiresome to get through, the last track especially. "Emotion Sickness" is the track that stands out most for me, the rest I find pretty unmemorable tbh

I used to love QotSA back in the noughties. I saw them two or three times during the Rater R and Songs for the Deaf era and they were incredible, but all of the Josh Homme stories have left an unsavoury taste, so I can't even listen to them now.
