Looking for new bands

When I go into a music store I usally look at album art when searching for a new metal band, Sometimes they suck and sometimes they rule. What does anyone else do to search for new bands?

I tend to use Youtube Channels for new discoveries. Check out Black Metal Promotion or NWOTHM Full Albums if you're into either Black Metal or more Traditional Heavy Metal respectively.
