What are you listening to while you drive at the moment?

Last few days I have had One of 18 Angels by Diary of Dreams.

Put one of the audio discs from Leaves' Eyes We came with the Northern Winds box set this morning on the way to work. Much as I really like this band, Liv's vocals on this are so off key its almost unlistenable. I only put it in to give it a second chance. Don't think it's going to last long though:nono:

Motorhead has always made excellent driving music in my opinion.

I've got 30 cd's in a special map, with Kreators Endless Pain, God Dethroned-Bloody Blasphemy, Gorgoroth-Pentagram, CoF-Godspeed On The Devil's Thunder...in other words: much variety, but I also take 2 or 3 other albums a week with me in the car and now they are: Amon Amarth-The Crusher and the first 2 albums by Bloodbath.

Hmm, I change my shit every day. Yesterday, I blasted The Vile Conception by Hour of Penance on my relatively small sound system in my car to and from work. It sounded amazing, but I could've been happier with more bass. Today, I played Concealed by Augury on my way to work. The drums, especially the double bass, sounds great, but the vocals are way too buried in the mix.

I have my iPod plugged into my CD deck, so I listen to that from time to time. I have all sorts of stuff on my HD, but lately, if I decide to play music from that MP3 player, it has been Deeds of Flesh - either Of What's to Come, Inbreeding the Anthropophagi, or Reduced to Ashes, which are my three favorite albums by the band. Trying to listen to every instrument blend together turns my mind away from traffic and usually shortens my drive.

Right now I'm cranking Nevermore's This Godless Endeavor...

Sports talk radio. i only have an am/fm radio in my truck. used to use a little device which broadcast my MP3 player on a (weak) fm signal i could tune into, but those devices don't seem to have a good shelf life. then again, neither did my iPods... (fuck belkin, fuck apple)...

My stereo doesn't even work so yeah, the only thing I'm getting is a whole lot of silence. Or today i listened to Ensiferum's Ensiferum on my Ipod while driving to the University, I hyped up when Windrider played. XD But I'd much rather listen to it through the stereo

I hated that thing! I remember mine would never work in the rain, something about the window wipers...
Eventually I bought a new stereo with AUX input and listen to my iPod via a cable.

I actually prefer listening to CDs though because you don't have to fiddle around with a scroll-wheel while driving. Right now I have Dan Swanö - Moontower and Fredrik Thordendal's Special Defects - Sol Niger Within on rotation.

Well I don't own a car, but whenever I'm in my dads car of late Somrak's CD The Abhorred Blessings has been playing. He's been a good sport for putting up with it

I have a Bose system in my truck so it sounds great!
I just took out:

Obituary - Cause Of Death
Nile - Those Whom the Gods Detest
Those three don't really belong together, usually I put in a bunch of similar things, but I wanted some variety.

I have a tape player in my car, so I have an adapter to hook it up to my mp3 player.

In six or seven hours I will be driving back from London to Lincoln which will take about three and a half hours. I'll probably have some grind with me... I'm seeing Rotten Sound and Aborted tonight so I will probably be in the mood for it.

Right now I have W.A.S.P. - Babylon in my car.

Could be. But until that one was bumped a few weeks ago noone had written on it for over 18 months.

I have got one Steve Morse instrumental cd on the car stereo right now

Normally i put the last cds that i have bought. The last one i put was "Book Of Dowth" by Suidakra =).

One hour or more driving every day, that's more or less a CD per day, and I bring with me a different one every day.

Last time I drove my car with music, it was Carcass. That was many months ago.

I can add that this year I am trying to listen to all my CDs collection and half of that will be driving. Today and yesterday (it is a double CD) was "Happiness Is The Road" from Marillion.
