these 2 new prog metal bands shocked me they are amazing and powerfull its difficult to decide who is better

but Circus Maximus gets my vote i just like them more they are similar to Dream Theater at some point and the vocals and riffs are awesome so as the keyboard player

Missed Andromeda at ProgPower Scandinavia but saw Circus Maximus and they rocked the place so they get my vote for sure

I'm faithful to Andromeda over Circus Maximus...the latter gets a little too intense for my liking...Andromeda is more down to earth progressive and more friendly musical-wise over Circus Maximus...my vote goes to Andromeda...

i voted for andromeda. both bands are excellent IMO, but andromeda have an originality that circus maximus doesn't.

I like both of them. Great progressive Metal.
But Andromeda has my vote, cause to my mind they are more technically
and multi-facetted.

...i'm not much into them but i picked circus maximus, keys are really good and i enjoy it more than andromeda...

Andromeda is better musically but they have had trouble with a vocalist for some time now... it just sounds more poppy with their singing.
Circus Maximus however is all-around great... especially Isolate and The 1st Chapter... oh, wait... that's their entire discog!

Circus maximus is even "dreamtheathier" than Dream theater
