My favourite features of the old site were: I could see the bands from the same genres (for example: progressive power metal) and I could see the similar bands. Will these features return?

What exactly are you talking about?

the metalstorm mast (logo at top)...the right side of it turns close to pure black (the background color of the webpage), but not quite. it is a sloppy fade out job. it should match the background so it looks like it fades into it. make the black on the right of the mast the same value as the webpage background.

By mast you mean the flying V-shape guitar?

Right above the 'search' string, that's where it goes from 'fading' into 'pure black'.

yes Nervel, you got it. And by mast, I mean the banner at the top. Not just the flying v shape guitar, the whole image with lightning bolts and all. that is called the mast.

I know you guys have been working really hard in this new version, but be honest.... The last version was way better...

Maybe, but it would help if you could tell us what was better.

This new one just got some bugs, and we all need to get used to it. But it has much more new features which is way better.

will you guys keep the scrip to change the website color? I think that was great, and + what will happen with the Comics and the Funny Stuff links, BGB and HB was part of Metalstorm (^.^)..... Anyways I hope that we get the bands information back quikly
Another thing that I missed was the annoucements at the main page. Did you guys changed the server or reset it, because I couldn't visit MS two or three days ago

Ivan has said quite a few times now that the funny stuff and comics will be back. So don't worry about that.

Indeed they will be - it's just not a priority at the moment.

Ok, this is not someone called Necro_Sneedhelp! this is in fact Necromancer_S and I need help! I went to log on this morning and it kept saying 'incorrect password'. I tried and tried again with what I knew was the correct password, but it kept on not working. So I clicked on 'forgot password' which sent me a fresh password which was just a jumble of letters and numbers. I tried this and it still wouldn't work! What's going on? I created a new account called Necro_S needhelp and I had to put a different email address. I did that but then d'oh I remembered that that one doesn't work anymore, so I made a new account called 'Necro_Sneedhelp!'. I wasn't trying to violate and Metal Storm rules or anything, I purely made this account to post a message saying that I need help! So as soon as my old account is working again, this account can be erased as quickly as you like. Furthermore, I wasn't trying to break any rules by spamming in this thread, but I tried to make a new thread, and d'oh I remembered that <100 posts means you can't create new threads. So, I'm in a dilly of a pickle here And I need help.

No more gallery... but check your profile, I'm sure that you can add some pics there

What about picture comments? I mean even if you can't rate others photos, couldn't you at least comment...as long as it was respectful?

I don't really see the problem... You can always PM the user and comment about their pic. That way, we're sure to avoid those meaningless comments that filled the Gallery and you can really get to know the other a lot more

Now i get only error:

2: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource
(/data/metalstorm.ee/forum/Sources/LogInOut.php ln 89)

Have you removed it? Or maybe my pass was wrong (but i don't think so. Or what could it be?
