I like the songs from The black album. Enter Sandman, The Unforgiven I/II, Nothing Else Matters are my favourites.

There are many good Metallica songs, my favorite ones are: Nothing Else Matters, The Unforgiven, Turn The Page, Until It Sleeps, Enter Sandman, Whiskey in The Jar. And I'd say the best one is "No Leaf Clover" Just awesome!

I totally agree with this, it's a great song.

I think the complete "Master of Puppets" album can fit in this topic.

I love a lot of Metallica's songs but i have to say one of my favourites is ride the lightning...cant stand the crap there doing now though.

Best song cover of them: Fade to Black (better if it is of Sonata Arctica)
Best song with orchestal: Sad but True S&M
