No fucking way. FINALLY!

Although…. probably a hard pass from me if this doesn’t have Steve DiGiorgio on it, and from what I read he left recently???

I am the Magician and the Exorcist. I am the axle of the wheel, and the cube in the circle. “Come unto me” is a foolish word: for it is I that go.

Yeah, he left back in 2015 because he's focusing on a billion other bands that actually releases albums every 1-3 years, mostly Testament. But he still had some input with the writing. The two singles: First Blood & Ride the Knife, don't sound too bad. Definitely sounds like Sadus. But the lyrics are repetitive.

I don't like Sadus. It's not because you play a riff with confidence that it becomes good. Everything about this is overly repetitive. I don't get how it's labeled "technical" as well. The only positive point is how it captures the oldschool vibe of death/thrash dark and super aggressive. But at that time the songs suffered from the same problem. It's for the fans.

This release has taken me by surprise, it's a great comeback, highly exhilarating stuff, it has such a fantastic rhythm and flow, and so much ferocious energy. I'm not too keen on the vocals but the riffs, bass, and drumming is great, and the tone is spot on.

Ti's came like suprise blizzard from nowhere good riffs, technically written songs, good studio work. It has higher value. Damn I wish Anacrusis would write one more album.

A bit too thrash-by-numbers considering what they're capable of, but has a bit more pizzazz to it compared with something like the new Overkill

Good old school thrash and riffs. There is a continuity through out the album and for the same reason there is no specific standout single. Enjoyed very much.

In the beginning I was made of clay. Then I bit the apple and they changed me to metal 🤘

Good death thrash album. From what I come to understand they were giants at one point, I can imagine why. Also didn't expect the album to be this melodic. The second song: scorched and burnt is really good.

Good death thrash album.

A good comeback album, which certainly wasn't on the cards for many. It gotten a good reception as well due to mainly producing an album in their roots without greasing with modern thrash production.
