I see no one has mentioned Black Shape Of Nexus. Absolutely crushing, utterly riff-based sludge (except the Microbarome Meetings album which is pure drone) from Germany. They have a couple of releases available for download on their website, especially the Live in Mannheim tape is devastating. I've given a shot to pretty much their whole discography and you can't go wrong with these guys.

This time, I know the band They have won one of the talent shows in Poland. Fairly decent stuff.

Lmfao, I suppose most of those people there wouldn't know post rock if it smashed them in their faces with a down-tuned guitar!

Vocals might take some getting used to but this is really good stoner/sludgy/posty stuff.

hey! you!

agree with LeKiwi.

Might be cool to come up with with a "Check out my findings" list of 10-25 act every 90 days.

Just a small recommendation: don't post the artwork. It sure looks nice, but I'm pretty sure that's why this thing is almost 32 pages long

^ What do you mean?
posting description/artwork/bandcamp link has been the format for recommending on MS since the beginning of times

Plus, there are always exactly 30 posts per page, the size of them don't actually matter =p

Bandcamp has only been around for a couple of years now xD

It's just clicking page after page is a little annoying. Would be much better as a list I think.

Just 3 songs, but don't be fooled. This is some of the best atmospheric black, post black, shoegaze music from 2015. Props to this Russian trio.

Personally I don't like it this way because whenever I want to browse the thread (not this in particular, I'm referring more to the 201# recommendation threads) in order to check if the album I want to post was already posted, if the person posted like that without specifying the name, then the search engine won't return anything, and I'll end up reposting...

But then again he didn't include the name on the post, just the word Bandcamp, which also wouldn't be of much use when using the engine =p

Good point - didn't think of that. Guess it's because I never thought I'd be posting recs anywhere other than the SB or my lists.

Good stuff indeed and Poland strikes again! I've also shared this in the recommendations '16 thread.
