Here's some absolutely colossal sludge metal, with heavy doom influences and some hints of noise and stoner seeping into the riffs creating a brilliantly filthy mixture. It gets really hazy at times, and super groovy at others. The vocals are pretty standard, and there isn't much originality going on, but this is one rocking album

Blackened death. Quite atmospheric and tonally and production-wise very much my kind of thing i.e. deep and bassy, rather than noisy and abrasive.



Funeral / death doom. Sounds like something people would enjoy.



And another one. This isn't especially excellent or anything. Lo-fi-ish, and not original but quite enjoyable and ballsy with a few modern touches. I guess I'm mostly posting because of the album art which I love. Possible repost but it didn't come up in the search so bite me. I rather like the record as a whole, the last track especially.



Very uplifting black metal with Medieval and folk characteristics (in a good way). Not my usual thing but this sounds really nice.



This sounds like some pretty not bad industrialised djent / black metal. Haven't listened to the whole thing yet but I'm liking it so far. [EDIT] Finished it. Will probably make top 25 of 2014 list.

But I suppose that Games Workshop would be greedy bastards as they usually are and ask for money to use their mark for lyrics/imagery (it was one of the reasons BT didn't continue with Realms of Chaos stuff).
