Rock and metal are obviously very close connected and there´s a lots of common ground in Springsteen and Dickinson.

Both are at the very top at their genre and it can be argue that no other band/artist are bigger in the 80´s in their style of music.

I´ve seen both live in their prime and their energy and charisma is unreal. Dickinson runs around more while Springsteen has more of that commanding presence about him. Since Maiden is way more theatrical than Springsteen you never see Springsteen go all out musical theather like Dickinson. Sringsteen however is a master of storytelling between songs. He can tell a simple story for several minutes and it´s the best thing in the world.
