Burzum - Det Som En Gang Var (Not my favorite song from Varg, but the atmosphere it creates is unparalleled. One of the riffs is awesome too.)
Symphony X - The Odyssey (Words can't really describe how good this song is. Amazing. The solos, keys, and drums area all great through the 24 minutes)
Opeth - The Moor (The intro alone is worth all the praise this song gets from us Opeth fans. Everything about the song is perfect, Mikael's vocals, the acoustic guitars, the heavy guitars, also I heard there is a sigh in the song, and nobody know how it came to be there. None of the band members sighed while recording, so I wonder what it was...)
Nile - Unas Slayer of the Gods (The horns in the middle of the songs are what really make this song a favorite of mine. The solo helps a little too)
Iced Earth - Dante's Inferno (My favorite Iced Earth song. It has some of the best lyrics and riffs ever. "Abandon all hope who enter here")
Iron Maiden- Rime Of The Ancient Mariner (Maiden must be mentioned in this list for me. THis is my favorite 10+ minute song by them because of the mellow part of the songs and the feeling that this song evokes]
I could go on and on, but I won't. The reason I didn't choose a Dream Theater song is because I can't choose one, same goes for Porcupine Tree. Also there are way more good Opeth songs than this, but I won't post them all.

there was soem Ned BM band whit 4 albums about 35-45 minutes but I dont remeber name anymore, I save band in PC but somehow it dont works I means aved page and Im to lazy search in MA again, band starts whit H or I letter

Burzum - Det Song En Gang Var. Truly amazing song, and to say to the creator of the topic that I appreciate that the same is ours favourite but still how can ROTAM and Dances Inferno be there where DSEGV is :grrr: never listened to others gonna check them. the 2nd one is Shine on you Crazy Diamond by Pink Floyd. I like the slow progressions of that song, it is really unique. for third one there is hard battle, I would say it is Sadness and hate by Wintersun because Wintersun is my favourite band of those who are battling for third position  to all 3

Bluelrol Pusztit by Sunn O)))... about 18mins.. i said once, Burzum's instrumental song from Filosofem, 25min. i can't remember the name. Opeth's Grand Conjuration. its 10:16 Green Carnation's "Light of day, Day of darkness" that for me is the progressive metal's masterpiece.. 1:00:06 with no wasted time. all is pure progressive. then Grave Temple's Holy down is another great +10min song. its 1:oo:15 and at last, i have a non-metal +10 song. it's from the Dutch band, called 1200 Mics. its a psychedelic band. they perform a non-stop 1:14:o4 song in their live in Brazil...

10+ minutes? when I'm in the right mood I mostly listen to long and perfectly writen songs of various artists. I'd only like to mention a few: Nile - Unas Slayer of the Gods all the newest stuff from Moonsorrow Opeth - Deliverence Inborn Suffering - This is Who We Are Draconian - Death, Come Near Me ...and many other doom songs, including the more extreme-oriented ones (from bands like Ahab, Evoken...) Agalloch - In the Shadow of Our Pale Companion, The Hawthorne Passage, Limbs... Summoning - Land of the Dead and many more...

i suppose my favorite offhand is Warning's "Watching from a Distance" but between Godflesh, Esoteric, Warning, Negura Bunget, Wolves in the Throne Room, Neurosis, Jesu, and Enslaved amongst my favorites, there is certainly no shortage of 10+ minute long songs i enjoy.

Without any doubt, the best two songs: Blind Guardian, An Then There Was Silence. When they ply it Live it's really great. Running Wild, Treasure Island, from Pile of Skulls Album. Some other songs: Running Wild: "The Ghost" 10:20, (The Brotherhood Album) Running Wild: "The War" 10:38, (Rogues En Vogue Album) Running Wild: "Genesis (The Making And The FAll Of Man)" 15:18 (Black Hand Inn Album) Epica: "The Divine Conspiracy" 13:57 Cradle Of Filth: "Bathory Aria" 11:02 (Cruelty and The Beast Album) And there is a Spanish Rock band called Extremoduro that did a Song / Album called "Pedrá" of 30 minutes about 15 years ago.
