dont think so since they split it into 20 parts...

But they only did it for convenience reasons and to help in the orientation where in the story you are in each part. I think that counts as one song. Shine On You Crazy Diamond also comes in different parts.

Because when you paste the separate parts together without a break between them you will a clearskip to the next song, there isn't a flow which suggests it to be a single song,

The opposite I came across when reviewing Process of Guilt - Erosion. The first five songs are labeled as separate songs but when you put the cd in the five flow neatly into each other creating one song. So I think that they should have called the song just Circles and then call the subsequent parts different names (and not the other way around)

Now that's what we call a contracition.
I can agree on songs that supposedly belong together but skip if listened to in that order being individual ones. But Cybion doesn't skip once during it's whole duration. And at least they follow the same storyline which could be seen as another argument for being in fact one multi-part song. Otherwise Songs like Nightwish's Bless The Child and End Of All Hope also are one, and so are Emperor's Alsvartr and Ye Entranceperium (which combined also come close to 10 minutes). So you're saying that skipping songs can't be called one and also cybion can't although it doesn't skip and even deals with the same story.
Also on my copy of Pink Floyd's Wish You Were Here, the first song is Shine On You Crazy Diamond I-V with 13:36 runtime and not skipping once.

Maybe I am mistaken but I clearly remember Cybion skipping between parts.
For Shine ON You Crazy Diamond I meant between SHine on You I-V and VI-IX I thought you meant those two put together make up one.

Maybe you listened to Cybion on mp3. I have yet to find a way to create gapless ones. If you buy the CD (which I know you won't, just if), the songs flow into one another. In fact the cuts seem to be quite random at times. When I first heard it I had a burnt copy of the original als was waiting for 72 minutes for the first song to end (I was on a seven hour car drive that day).
