Here you can share with your fellow metalstormers your sorrow, your frustration of missing those concerts. Do not forget to tell us why you missed them.
As for me, the last concert I missed was Dream Theater playing at our capital. Why did I miss these Progressive Metal deities? I had no way of getting into San Juan that night so I had to miss it.

it sucks when you have to be 18 to go to some concerts, i have missed so many bands because I am too young, and the next one i'm gonna miss is Sonata Arctica. and that really sucks since it is one of my favorite bands. i have too wait for one and a half year before i'm 18.

Taberah, The Wizar'd, Circle Of Blood. Local bands and it was an all ages, would have only been interested in seeing The Wizar'd and Taberah but I have a cold so wouldnt of been to much fun. And from what my friend said it was a pretty average gig.

Marilyn Manson. Because I didn't want to give 33 EUROS for my deep respect to the only album of MM I truly love - Mechanical Animals and Holy Wood, which is my second fave. And I would be bored to death listening to songs from the new album, because I haven't heard it yet. I like to sing along

The what was to be upcoming Mayhem show on July 20th in Seattle, I just found out on Sunday that it was cancelled because Hellhammer has a broken arm, and the other band that was to play with them also cancelled, so there is no point in going to see the couple of bands that are remaining on the bill. What a disappointment.

I fucking have to miss Summer Slaughter today because I have no ride and now I'm going to have to miss seeing Cephalic Carnage again. I would have had money to take a bus to go but I was dumb and spent most of my money on bad habits  Oh well I get to see them on the 30th headlining. I would have liked to see Cattle Decapitation, Necrophagist, and Decapitated quite a bit to.

Megadeth in tel aviv I believe it was a few days ago... Why? Im not really sure myself, its either because I'd rather spend my money on another band or none of my friends wanted to see megadeth. Whatever the case, those reasons convinced me that it wouldnt be worth it.

I missed Winds Of Torment and The Seven Gates (two very good death metal bands from my city) three weeks ago because I was moving in a new flat the day they played. That's about all, Lyon is a dead city during Summer, so no metal shows. The next one is scheduled on September 11 with Threshold, Agent Steel and Vicious Rumors.

Tonight, the Lyon Union Tour with Vicious Rumors, Agent Steel, Threshold, Communic, Machine Men, Dyslesia and After All. I'm gonna miss this show because it was cancelled, due to not enough people moving their fucking asses and buying tickets for such a brilliant show. Don't tell me 25? is too much for that kind of line up...

Nope, that definitely ain't too much for that lineup. Had considered going to Threshold, Communic and Machine Men as well when they were in my area, but as only Communic would've been interesting for me I decided not to go. The last concert I missed and regretted was the Summerbreeze Festival as it was just one week before my first bachelor exam. Would've been the first time for me to see Dark Tranquillity and Bolt Thrower, two of my fav bands (missed BT one year earlier because no one wanted to go with me). I had also missed Nevermore twice when they were here in Frankfurt, so that would've been a great occasion to finally make up for it. And Die Apokalyptischen Reiter, Eluveitie and Communic have been there, three more awesome live bands. The only thing missing was me
