Early contender for symphonic AOTY here - symphonic power metal, but doesn't feel like a rehash of other bands in the style, partly due to the prominent role of the strings, plus the symphonics are properly integrated rather than being a minor window dressing of choir sounds and keyboards. Good songs as well with a powerful vocalist

Not really that catchy on the first listen, but an aggressive grower afterwards. Great songwriting, great vocals, unique style.
