I was saying that hospitals have to deal more and more with fat patients and it's becoming accepted as the "norm." Doctors do tell patients to monitor their weight (an obese colleague of my wife was offended by this advice when she was having obesity related problems in pregnancy).
It doesn't make a lick of difference though. People will do as they please. My mother has emphecema and less than 50% lung capacity. She still chain smokes despite all the medical advice.

Aside from the fact it is bullying, the other problem with fat shaming is it doesn't actually motivate people to eat more; shamed people just get depressed and eat more, making them even fatter.

But yeah, I concur that the "thick" woman to me is absolutely humongous. Maybe that's what thick means though, I dunno. Thick to me had always meant stupid. Either way she is obese without a doubt, and not at all attractive to me personally.

I'm generally open to a variety of different body sizes and shapes, from curvy to slim. How attractive a person is is usually more down to proportion really. Can't say I've ever really dated someone anywhere close to big, they've all been pretty slim. And almost all non-metal for some reason.

And agreed with your last point as well, I've never dated a girl who liked metal and none of them (surprisingly) weighed more than me.

Well I've only dated one girl, and not only does she most likely weigh less than me, but she likes metal, that's how I started talking to her in the first place.

I think you miscalculated your BMI. Really. You don't use the same formula for men if I remember well.

there is indeed a slightly different formula for men than women. All BMI calculators on internet do ask if you're a man or a woman.

But having seen Rod in reallife a couple of times I don't think he miscalculated his BMI. He does indeed come across as too heavy.

I'm too heavy. D: But yeah... I mean. I'm 1,66 m and currently I'm weighing somewhere between 73-75 kg (I sweat that numbers varies a lot throughout the weeks. No joke)... So I can't deny the fact that I'm slightly overweight. My new apartment is on the seventh floor... So stairs it is!

Joe: I personally feel that some of my weight goes to my thighs and not as much in my stomach (at least when I'm standing and not sitting hahahaha). So that might be a reason for you not seeing me as "not a stick".

Yeah I'm pretty sure when Tanner turns sideways he disappears from view altogether haha.

Just calculated it, You need to get your weight down to 68 kilos to be on the right side of BMI 25.

I'm actually fine if I can tone it down to 70 permanently but it'd be cool to go the extra mile I guess.

No, why the hell are microbrews so awesome? I enjoy junkfood but I could easily do without. Savoury French dishes and such are much nicer but also just as fattening as junk food, with all the sorts of fat used in preparation.

As I said... I think a part of it goes to my thighs and nowdays my stomach is a bit... I wouldn't say chubby but it does the jello thing if I hit it hahahahah.
It doesn't really show on my face though. That must be it. In any case I seriously need to start eating better and move even if just a little.

Let me tell you guys from experience...I was a whopper about 10 years ago and went to my doctor...He said I had pre-diabetes because I weighed a ton and he told me I gained weight because of my high sugar intake...He was afraid for my life...So, I cut all my sugar and lost around 55 pounds and I feel better and look better, my doctor saved my life..So, ladies and gentleman, never be embarrassed about being fat..Do something about it and lose weight!! You will live longer!!!
