Some people might've thought this album would be a disaster, after the departure of two of the band members who participated on some of the best albums of the band. Have they lost their spark? Is it all coming to an abrupt end? Well, the album isn't a disaster. But it isn't monumental either; it is competent. This is a less edgy version of Evergrey, to say the least.

Agreed sadly, if money is tight I probably won't buy it as there's a lot of good releases next month :/

First half of this album is really good, then it becomes a bit boring... Until the last track, which is again a killer. Solid effort overall, but nothing spectacular.

Had the album for awhile now but I only ever come back to it for one track nowadays... The Phantom Letters. Surprised no one else mentioned this song. Theres other good tracks here like Restoring the Loss and Wrong but most of the album just sounds like a generic forgettable Evergrey track to me.

Until recently the lowest rated album of the band, but for a fan of the band its still an evergrey album to which i often come back and spin it. lacks the hits, the catchiness maybe, but its still grey, sombre and epic.
