Every time I've tried to put something down about the latest Phideaux album Snowtorch I seem to have hit some kind of a block. It's not that I don't like the album. On the contrary, I like it very much. It's just that I seem to have trouble finding ways to describe the music of a band whose creations I've written about already on three occasions. A very Jethro Tull-ish album, feels like a Phideaux tribute to "Thick As A Brick," I love it. Now what's the deal with "Infernal?" Been waiting 4 years for that one and it gets delayed every time. "Infernal" is quickly becoming the "Time II" or next Tool album of symphonic rock...

Totally underrated... This band never fails to amaze me. Another great follow up to "Doomsday Afternoon". Apparently this is a metal site and people don't pay enough attention to these progressive rock tracks...
