NIGHTWISH bassist/vocalist Marco Hietala (a.k.a. Marko Hietala) has signed with Nuclear Blast for the release of the English version of his solo album, "Pyre Of The Black Heart". The effort, which was issued in Finland this past May under the title "Mustan Sydämen Rovio", will arrive on January 24. Hietala describes the style of the LP as "hard prog", but to give his fans a first impression of what the new album is going to be like, he's also revealed the first single and video, "Stones".

I'll stick with the Finnish version thanks.

I just don't get in to a song as much if I can't understand the lyrics. My fault for being lazy and only knowing one language.

Dont worry not so many knows finish, in such genre languege mattes, bm folk Google transport does the trick

This can be a sound of new nightwish. IMO its good music I like non metal tracks but not roadburn type, this will be good album if you are open mindet and a bit older as modern early 20's young geezers

It's not Tarot and it is not Nightwish so don't expect to hear either of these.
This is entirely the point with a solo project like this one.

Its amazing, this jumps higher, an art, we have non metal categories here and some writers write whit passion
but when great non metal band jumps up, non sees it. Its greater as you can think, its same old story
Only few people appreciate good metal and good non metal, rest just listens what those chosen ones dont
