That little kid can play a mean bass, too... pretty well considering it's bigger than he is! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kQZ3rGp7mgE&NR (Hallowed be thy Name by Maiden) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_fB-NWtAZB8&NR (Paranoid) and drums... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5mz25zJ7ExA&NR (some cradle of filth song) he's like 8 and he rules.

I like this band pretty much but up to Roots... I can't realy stand the new vocalist. My favorite album would be Arise, I think.

Rest in Peace, Sepultura... ... rest until Sepultura Classic comes out. New Sepultura was pretty good, but you just can't beat the original.

Another loads of Thrashers who went downhill (IMO)... However the pre-Roots stuff was really awesome. Arise has to be one of my fave thrash albums ever, must have listened to that thing through so many times. After the first post I might have to try their newest album though, haven't got round to that yet...

I never liked Sepultura much, but Arise is one of the best death/trash albums ever.. I really liked sound on that album, except maybe long intros... anyway, I am going to see them in few weeks, I heard that they still kick ass alive... who knows, it can be truth.. Still.. They are legendary band

Sepultura used to be one of my favorite bands in the past. I still like them but not as much as I used to do. "Arise" is my favorte album but there are some other albums that I like very much such as "Chaos AD" and "Schizophrenia".

I agree that the Derrick Green albums are bad (at least if you compare to their earlier works), except Dante XXI! I really think that album is worth to be labeled as a Sepultura album, it's amazing and my first contact with this band!

Ive just heard a rumour, that Sepultura are playing at Bloodstock Open Air (UK) This year, If so, I dno how I feel about that.. I agree with Warman that all their albums with Green have been average at best, with the exception of Dante XXI which I really enjoyed.

I have two from Sep so far. Arise, which is an ace album, and Chaos AD, which is decent with some cool riffs. Still need their older stuff.

I really dislike the new album "dark wood of error" intro sounds just like the intro to Meshuggah's "I", I really like Roots and chaos A.D though.

Account deleted Written by __Az__ on 19.05.2007 at 02:49 I've always thought Beneath The Remains and Schizophrenia were more Death than Thrash. I daresay any other fan on here would vouch for that too, especially Marcel - Mind you, he's not a fan of Schizophrenia. I've always liked Seps straight from the start, and of course, I like Arise the most. However, I like that album the most solely upon my own interest and not the advice of others, like most who would have discovered them.

Just listend back over the Chaos AD album and was somewhat bored with it. It just seemed uninspired (if thats the right word for it) and sounds pretty much the same from start to finish. No varity to the song list - special when its +10 track album, is very tiring too me. Although I did in the past reguard this ablum to be a "good" release, to me now, its pretty borring and too much the same. Had this album for a number of years and dont think its sounded this bad before. Give this probably a 6 out of 10, at the moment, being that is it an average album.

Schizophrenia, Beneath The Remains, and Arise - the only Sepultura albums that impresses me. I'd like to include Chaos A.D., kinda groovy/core, but still has elements of thrash. Beneath The Remains, my favorite Sepultura album, definitely kicks the sh*t out of other thrash bands' albums. The music in this record is a classic thrash, form start to finish, never backs down, sheer power, speed, and aggressiveness. This is the reason why I love this album so much.

I thought I already posted in here.... oh well... my fav.: Schizophrenia. impressive riffs, great vocals. complex songs Morbid Visions. not that complex, but still great vocals and brutality Bestial Devastiation. easy but fast riffs. first time I listened it they blew me away Beneath The Remains. its good thrash, sounds new, but is still pretty good Arise. after the first 5 min. the albums gets pretty boring chaos ad was my first album I bought of them, but never listen to it anymore and the rest was boring to me even before I got chaos ad
