The vocals don't really dig it for me on this one, to much heavy breathing, but there are some good riffs melodies. The main issue I have is the lack of atmosphere it has, which makes it sound rather dull.
"Sundowm Transcends Us" is probably my favourite track, but nothing really stood out that much.

For me the vocals, etc. are fine.There's nothing wrong with the sound itself. The song writing is a drag though.
If you're going to play slow then you have to make up for it with dynamic songwriting, strong emotion, and atmosphere.
Mysterium might be my "favorite" track.

Good softer death doom, as mid 90's had, melodies, harsher vocals, slower softer melodies, good combination.

Fairly disappointed with this one. The first track is good, but the rest of the album brings almost nothing new (maybe the slightly faster pace in Sundown Transcends Us). The production feels amateurish for today's standards, which impacts the overall atmosphere, and the lack of dynamics in the vocals just drags the album down. There's some good ideas here, but 80% of the time they're on autopilot with uninspired and overused classic death / doom / gothic ideas.

Well, yes, they were always better at Death/Doom than Stoner. But this new albums is very far from the quality of their first two unfortunately.

But then again how many bands can compose so good as firts albums, ?

Great album and best death doom gothic metal of the year ( so far ).
