The Rarest CDs In Jiri's Kollection
The following CDs are the as the title states, "The Rarest CDs In Jiri's Kollection". However, there are two LP sets, so the title is ultimately lying. Anyway, these CDs have ineffable sentimental and "pride for owning them" value, as well as monetary value. I have listed them in order of "pride" importance; meaning the first is the most adored by Jiri and the last is least adored by Jiri, but still a rare artifact. That said, anything ultra rare in Jiri's kollection was examined and placed into the list below. Enjoy.

- Where The Ancestors' Souls Gathered
OMFG. The mightiest of mightys. Finally obtained it. Most expensive purchase for Jiri, but worth it!!!!

Ulver
- The Trilogie - Three Journeyes Through The Norwegian Netherworlde
LP Boxed Set. Rarer than rare. Only 2,000 were made. A set of Jiri's favorite album threesome ever. Jiri owns it. Badass.

Sigh
- Infidel Art
First pressing. Another ultra rare piece that Jiri is uber proud to own. Not nearly as rare as Kargeras, but extremely hard to obtain.

Sigh
- Ghastly Funeral Theatre
First pressing. Same rare value as the Sigh CD above. Jiri is ultra proud to own.

Carpathian Forest
- Bloodlust And Perversion
Rare first pressing of this demo compilation. Impossible to find!

Fear Of God
- Within The Veil
Sure, there are versions of this first pressing available on Ebay, but you'll have to pay $70. Jiri obtained it for much less.

Forgotten Tomb
- Songs To Leave
Jiri has Tomb's entire discography. All of their albums are relatively hard to find. However, their debut opus tops them all. Jiri owns it though.

- Bergtatt - Et Eeventyr I 5 Capitler
Rare first pressing with no barcode. Jiri loves this album.

Arcturus
- Aspera Hiems Symfonia
Jiri has both the original digipak and jewel case version. Garm for life.

- The World Is So Good That Who Made It Doesn't Live Here
Extremely rare. Jiri has it, however.

Jiri owns the pressing that has Darken standing in the forest (color version). Not first, but you try finding any version of this album.

Jiri just won it on Ebay for $10. Usually goes for north of $50. Jiri rules.

Deathspell Omega
- Picture Vinyl Box Set
7 LP Boxed Set. Not quite so rare yet, but it will be. Give it a few years. Also, these 7 LPs contain some of the best music recorded in the last decade.

Original color art version. Second pressing, I believe. Still very rare.

Rare first pressing. The music is cacophonous, but an extremely rare item nonetheless.

Cool list, I like to see what others have got in their collection. It seems like every time I find a new band I love, it happens to be that their CDs are out of print, rare, and expensive.  I recently completed Sigh's discography with the exception of Infidel Art (I do have the unofficial digibook version though). Then I discovered Obtained Enslavement, another where the originals are expensive. Not to mention the countless other albums that interested me only to find them unavailable.... but oh well, I guess constantly watching eBay is kind of entertaining, right?

And yeah, good luck with obtaining Kärgeräs. It took me six months of daily Ebay searching until someone actually listed it to sell. I got it for a total of $27, whcih is really bad at all for such a treasure

I own several demos from bands that are limtied to 100 or 300 or whatever. I even have one that's limited to 20. Hopefully some of these bands make it big. Now tell me, does Jiri have anything for sale/trade?

Um, Jiri could definitely part with those two Burzum CDs in this list or the Reconstellation CD by Arcturus (simply because I have other CDs that play the same material presented on it). But, if Willy has anything of Jiri's interests, Jiri could bargain. Also, if Willy could pinpoint what he is interested in from Jiri's Kollection, Jiri could review it and possibly part with it if it is a good offer

Nice, jealous of the Ulver set, and Vargnatt. i have pretty much all their regularly available stuff, but missing Vargnatt and a lot of the singles. At least the compiled the "singing" ones to the one cd. my rarest is #17 of 30 Process of Guilt special release of The Circle that Hugo sent me.

I just saved a "Root - Kargeras" search on eBay and waited until someone decided to sell a copy. It took 6 months until one appeared. Seriously. I won the auction for $20; well worth it
