Wicked band, the vocals are quite original, and they sound like an 80's power/heavy metal band (even the album art cant get more 80's then this)
Not really really innovative, and that is what makes them great to listen, just some pure and classical metal \m/

8.5/10 leaning slightly towards a 9.

Like a better, less homoerotic Manowar.

This album is great, it sounds like it's come straight out of the 80's U.S. power metal scene, they put Manowar to Shame! It's made great by the crushing heavy riffs, and powerful vocals, it's simple but effective songwriting, and "I Am The Hammer" and "Invoker" are fantastic songs

I absolutely love this album. My favourite tracks are the whole of side A and "Invoker" but really there's not a weak moment, just slightly less great moments.

I thought Ravening Iron was great but this is even better.

I'm really regretting not going to see them at New Cross Inn a couple of years ago right now as I reckon it was a fist pumping maelstrom!
