I'll have to give this a couple more spins, but I definitely feel like I'm missing a "wow" factor in the songs. It is undeniably good, but I don't think there was a single song where I found myself saying "wow" at any point. Only a couple of partial listens and one full listen, so may take time to digest. I find the same thing with most of Desolate Shrine's albums. I want to like it more than I actually end up liking it, if that makes any sense.

Gonna have to agree with this. There's talent here and some good stuff, but nothing really grabs you.
