After a third listen, I think I can rate it 8/10. Very good album. It has a prominent dark atmosphere that was very well matched with the weight for most of the record. I'm just not a big fan of this style of vocal, something more akin to traditional black metal, which is a genre I don't really like because of this raspy vocal characteristic (although I love most of the subgenres and atmospheric black), but it's already well underway for a death-thrash, vocally saying, so I think in future releases we'll have some improvement about that. I also felt the first half of the album to be quite exciting, but the second a bit dull, repetitious. These are the only cons. Such a very decent debut.

Simple

I see no creativity

Went with the basics. Kept their music simple and close to the genre. Not great but nothing wrong.

Solid debut, there's nothing original about it, and the songwriting doesn't doesn't blow me away, but I like it. It's very aggressive, brutal and has some excellent performances, and I like the vocals, and the especially the solo's.
