Cosmic-Insomnium meets Shade Empire. Great album, incredible journey-like storytelling feel. Symphonies are of excellent quality, never taking the spotlight too much (except for "101 Megaparsecs") but always having the necessary presence. Incredible solos throughout, and the album highlight imo would have to be the closing section of "For Once My Name". So friggin epic.

Edit: indeed near perfect. Could've been 2021 AOTY if it weren't for Aquilus' Bellum I.
