My man here likes Opeth - The Coeur Of Magdalene has the fingerprints of Face Of Melinda all over. Still, Still Life-era Opeth + some blackgazey elements makes for a decent mix

The Coeur Of Magdalene has the fingerprints of Face Of Melinda all over.

Seems to me like an intentional homage from the title, what do you think? Definitely has me intrigued though, I absolutely adore Face Of Melinda.

I exactly and intentionally inspired the song "The Coeur of Magdalene" to Face of Melinda, just as my entire concept album was inspired by Still Life.
This album is the result of 2 years of work, I did not have a chance to record it in the studio so I had to do everything via home recording, I hope you appreciate it, for me it is a great achievement to have released this album!

I would also like to tell you that the album was recorded totally in rooms not treated for recording, however, I hope you like it equally!

This is great, i like it very much, the Opeth influences are so insane!
Probably those who voted for this did not read that the artist recorded it at home without having rooms treated.
Such work for what is very cool.
