Dreadnought ran out of elements to theme their albums around, but unsurprisingly they remain capable of writing ingenious, enchanting music, a talent of theirs that may, in fact, be endless.

I've been looking forward to this one and IMO it doesn't disappoint. All of their albums have the same feel and makes them feel a little "samsie", but this new one incorporates some new melodies and more layers on the female vocals.

This one also feels somewhat darker than their previous albums (reminiscent of the album art which is killer).

I was lucky enough to see these guys live in Pittsburgh at Mr Smalls recently and they absolutely killed it. Hoping to be able to catch em live again!!

What a captivating record!
Loving the lucid yet atmospheric piano touches; loving the smooth alternations between the psychedelic and explosive passages, as well as the more settled prog-rock in-betweens that glue the whole pattern into a cohesive sonic adventure. Loving how the vocals are flowing from gentle to frenzied and back again without sounding overly theatrical, and the appropriately gourgeous artwork to top it all off...
Definitely need to explore their back catalog since I slept on all the releases after the debut. But this one is quite a treat. Highly, highly recommended

All of their albums are great individually… I still wouldn’t mind hearing them shake things up a bit at some point. But repeating the same formula over and over doesn’t seem to hurt any of the melodeath bands so I guess ya gotta go with what works!

I definitely enjoyed this one and will continue to insist that this band needs more attention.

It's not the most exciting release, or that memorable tbh, but it's very well made. There's some impressive build ups and break downs, but not too much going on in between. It's solid musicianship all round, the vocals are great both clean and harsh, and very well layered, and it's fairly well structured and cleanly mixed.

"Liminal Veil" and "The Paradigm Mirror" stand out for me the most, the rest is ok.
