In the early 1980s, Onslaught emerged as a pioneering thrash metal force in the UK, evolving from a hardcore punk outfit. After releasing several demos, Onslaught unleashed their debut album, Power From Hell, in 1985, marking the band's significant transformation, and blending the raw energy of British punk with the grandiosity of NWOBHM.

This is such a kickass album! Great vocals and amazing Guitar solos, I would highly recommend checking out this album if you're on the fence about it. If I had to pick my favorite track, that would be Metal Forces

Strong sophomore album with many a killer riff. I can hear a huge improvement from the 1st album in both songwriting and musicianship. Still I don't see it quite as good as tier 1 thrash albums.
