Do you like Thrash Metal with modern sonorities? Do you like "Power" Thrash a la Pantera or Machine Head? If yes, then you'll probably like the new album of the Canadian combo Shatterpoint. After a nice first album Consequences (released in 2004) which was more like an EP than anything else actually, the band final has a real full length album "Dead Precedence". With some touches a la Annihilator mixed with modern Thrash, "Dead Precedence" is a real "in your face" album full of great riffs and cool catchy songs.
