Aside from the sound quality, which is excusable, given that this is a demo, this record is really great. Not as great as the band's later albums, but still very beautiful.

I reckon it could get spruced up a bit. It's certainly manageable unlike TRoB's RUtI. I didn't even know a remaster existed.

It's the one that was split up into individual songs and had a few seconds removed from it. It doesn't sound especially different to be honest.

Meh it isn't rare to find demos that sound better than actual albums. Aquilus' and Ne Obliviscaris' demos have good production for example

I don't think it's fair to compare the sound quality of a demo recorded in early-mid 90's and a demo recorded in mid-later 2000's. The sound recording technology is much more advanced nowadays.
