Cosmic Vagina Dentata Organ gets me every time... I don't understand why they removed it on the newer version. Nothing like an instant headache...

In my opinion, it doesn't flow well with the rest of the album.

Haha agreed... I was being sarcastic. It really does give me an instant headache...

Got Mayhem?
Such a cool album. Fredrik never fails to impress me with the way he completely pisses on conventional riffing and soloing.

Kaipa? Wasn't that a prog rock band?

Just saw the video where they jam together a medley of the album, insane drumming definitely.
Seems he is a jazz drummer.

Yep the prog rock band. The video with him and Fredrik jamming on a track is quite cool I must say. I haven't heard this album in ages, but it was never an album I really tripped on. It's got its bits :/

This album is so damn fun to listen to. For some reason I find the lyrics to "Solarization" and the track after that hilarious, especially that ending Perhaps it's the way it's spoken so monotone.

The whole album is really intriguing, but Z1- Reticuli has some of Thordendal's most interesting guitar work in my opinion.

Funny that this album is rated higher than any of his Meshuggah albums (albeit, not as statistically significant with only 55 votes).
