Not a BAD album just repetitive. Honestly, if there was some kind of variety after "the Destruction of a Man" this might have actually been a pretty good album IMO, but alas, all songs after said song just seem to be the same riff set to different lyrics. This seems to be one of the last times we also get to see Phil with some kind of energy even if he seems to be barely aware of his surroundings or his actions while doing so (although with Phil, is the end result different otherwise?)

Agree! This is repetitive. Gotta put it in with Eyehategod and Down, maybe some COC, and put it on random when in the mood for sludge.

China was a neat
Its defo not as good as their debut but it still packs the Superjoint Ritual gusto and attitude. Just makes you wanna go out in the streets and punch everyone in the face. Absolutely love this and for some strange reason more so than any other sludge masters like Down, Crowbar etc (will definitely try to re-listen to them though ).
