For those who didn't write the band off following the departure of Sol Faur and Hupogrammos, and their subsequent formation of Dordeduh, Negură Bunget are back in action. But while Vîrstele Pămîntului may have been a good return to form for the band, 2015's Tău unfortunately feels more like a step backwards.
Hmm I don't know. It's overall good enough but there are very few standout moments, and at times it sounds a bit too tame. The true/fake Negura Bunget diatribe has always been irrelevant for me; in fact I still love Virstele Pamintului. I just don't find anything special about this album and it makes me miss the "old" band much more. Oh well, we still have Dordeduh...
The crew that brought you the highly popular "Om." Slow, meticulous, monotonous. Some decent use of alternative instrumentation and texture. Never cared for them before, this didn't change anything. Probably a decent sleep aid. "Impodobeala..." is a decent song.

For those who are interested - 2 of the former members of Negura Bunget, Inia Dinia and Fulmineos released a new record under the monicker "Dara" last year entitled "Dreptarul Viselor". It contains several ideas that should've appeared on "Tau" if not for the line-up changes, though readapted for the bands own musical style. Here you can check some tunes (the album is hard to find on the net, not much luck with downloading nor with purchasing, hopefully someday it will surface entirely).

Yep, can't find anything else other than those youtube songs. Really sad, they sound promising.

Nice, I hope I'll get to see them live and buy it after it gets released. Only now did I realise that Inia Dinia is the same one that played in Din Brad
