As far as "STILL can't access", you can safely assume that I'm asleep between 1am and 10am CET/CEST. So when something happens over my night, I will only see it the next day. And even then I may have work stuff to do first.

That came a little unexpected to me. I do read change and migration logs before I update system components and make changes as necessary, but this didn't come up :(
